- Shipped orders : Cannot be canceled.

- U.S. orders : Prices include applicable sales tax where required.
10. Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. A valid physical address is required.

- Non-defective returns: 50% restocking fee (items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging).

13. Who pays return shipping?

- Us : For damaged/incorrect items.
